Any ideas of a possible fix (tried master reset etc), if not, would a f/w update potentially resolve this

Hello and sorry for the delay.
i have been doing a little bit of work for you on this one. To what so far i have found out it seems to be how the software handles applications. However i'm still working on trying to find out if this is correct. I cant say when the new firmware is released that the fault will be resolved, however i can say if that the fault is still there after, send your phone in to a main service center who will replace the software with a master build. This is not the same that any body uses from the update site.

Yeh i just opened my seus too and it was dling some update.. but then i get a message saying unable to communicate with server or sumthing and 'going offline'

i will try updating software after eating some dinner....

The only update avail is the SEUS software update. Nothing for the actual phone. Maybe something new is being prepared. BTW this was avail last night.
