I just went to a party last night and i put the 10.1 driver on because i knew it was good for nightmode shots and then to realise that it kept saying Open the lens cover, but i have snapped my switch on my camera so i have to put the switch so it is always open, so there is no way that my lens cover is shut. So that is a fault for me on the 10.1 driver on a w800.

Harv thats a problem with your camera switch and not 10.01. I think your camera switch is broken. Check with another driver

Yeah i did and it is my camera switch i opened it before and now it has closed again, any ideas how to open it so it is permantly open?

You've got to buy a new flex cable. Try www.cnn.cn or take it to the nearest SE centre which is your best bet

BETA Driver 10.02

Features:

Now this is a wierd driver....a complete beta....its for those who like experimenting. I've sucessfully fixed ISO at 100 for all pictures so theres minimum noise but night shots are terribly dark and exposure settings dont work.

FLash MXE is supposed to be permanently on although I have'nt tried it out.
