Based on what do you make such a conclusion?It is said W980i is going to be released in Week9/2008,which means the last week of February.Maybe it will ship later - in April or May,but "at least July" seems too late.

Ok icaka, sorry, didn't know about planned W980 release.
I just rather wanted to inform about W960 market release.
I would suspect W980 later than Feb., March as the earliest possible date. Of course I'm just guessing.

I don't know the time for sure.The "Week9" thing was in the "The All New Sony Ericsson Portfolio for 2008" thread.The release week is written without "maybe" or etc.Sounds pretty sure,though I don't know if W980i is based on P5i's platform how they'll do it so fast. :?
