use precision tools not the industrial type...
u must wear anti-static strap and surgical gloves as not to damage the electronics
be careful about the cam.... [sensitive]....
jog dial is a tricky feat when re-mounting
pay extra attention on the polarity of the mic, might not work if placed in reverse... you may end up dismantling the unit again...
assembly of the phone is twice hard to commence coz u must be careful in each detail to conect
don't thread the screw to tight... might wear the bolt to soon plus the tendency to crack the frame
its like assembling 5 T68's
reason for disassembly:
had to remove a strand of hair when this unit was fitted with the mineral gray casing, plus had to brush-off some dust... so inspect the unit after service procedures...
ps. luckily the unit ain't mine... but would love to have one :)
and i won't try it again....
