I HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH DM'S LATEST DRIVER THOUGH... macro mode seems to be not as efficient as before.. it needs a farther distance to focus, not like the older drivers i've used before. that's all. take a look at some of the pics i'm not a pro in taking pictures so this would be how dummies take pictures what do you guys think?

MAN I DISAGREE WITH YOU, LOOK AT THE PICTURE I TOOK ABOVE OF MY LAPTOP CD, ITS VERY CLOSE AND THE MACRO WORKED PERFECTLY

@ zizo that's still too far.. test out both drivers..

your pic OF THE KEYBOARD has the keys CVBNM right? DM's macro is good for that distance but try getting a pic of only 3 or 4 keys...

like CVB, it can't handle it whereas eltoffer's can

DM 2.8

DM Full Auto:

Same photo + Nikon CaptureNX Auto-levels:

Crop:

Conclusion: DM you are too much ''focusing'' on close-up quality(which are exellent) but forgetting wide photos quality!
Contrast is better but still need some work,the ''white voile'' is still here.At 100% crop the details are too much polished because of noise removal? or jpeg compression? it remembers me of K800 levels of details
But hey I am talking about 100% zoomed,if resized to 50% it's already far better
Anyway I am using the ISO enabled driver,and anyway what do you mean by ISO and non-ISO drivers?

@DarKMaGiCiaN:

Great Camdriver!
Sorry to ask this but what does actually "WB" means?
I've downloaded your v2.8 driver and this driver is great, but too much focusing on close shots (macro).
I've the iso and noiso driver, but what is this?
And how can I come inside this menu to type it manual? more ISO at dark areas, better quality?

@eltoffer:

I've tried your driver 3.5 and this is very nice too!

@Both of you:

Keep up the good work bro's!

Peace

in this part

// Supported properties
//===================================================================

sup_properties =

0[3,f,9], // Exposure

change

9 to 8(-.3) or 7(-.7)

that's all

@maskov1
try to remove the memory stick then play any video ^_^

@vegetaleb

ISO manual setting from DarKMaGiCiaN 2.6
under effects list
Auto
100
160
200
400

^_^

@zizo90
thanks ^_^

@eeeyaaan
one of the canceled project in new driver was manual focus when macro is used means I did play with focus part
I'll return 2.6 focus to the new driver ^_^

@vegetaleb
I dont know why you have this quality on landscape shots !!
I'll post some landscape shot ( my test ) which are really great

crop the details are too much polished because of noise removal? or jpeg compression? it remembers me of K800 levels of details

noise removal which we cant edit
jpeg compression in landscape shot in Darkmagician 2.8 is 95% which is the lowest compress C905 can do

Anyway I am using the ISO enabled driver,and anyway what do you mean by ISO and non-ISO drivers?

already answerd ^_^

@mauasca
woooOOW great shots

@pampi
WB means White Balance ^_^

ISO means
ISO manual setting from DarKMaGiCiaN 2.6
under effects list
Auto
100
160
200
400

more ISO in dark area = brighter shots whith lots of noise
less noise in dark area = dark shot with less noise

@x.man
if you see my driver you'll notice that I set the EV to -0.3 as defult ^_^
