That camera problem when it goes back to standby happened in early c510 firmware. How much is this phone.

Good review from Gsmarena. Still not finished mine yet. Got tomorrow off work except for a few appointments but hopefully should have it finished ready to post in the Reviews section tomorrow evening.
@Bonovox. It will be around 200/250 when it comes out in the uk. That is for the black version sim free. The Greenheart version is going to be an O2 exclusive from what i've heard and will be around 160 on pay and go and will be locked. I got mine in sincere silver for 160 sim free 1 1/2 weeks ago and my C905 is back in its box until I feel like changing again which looks to be a long time as the C901 seems perfect IMO :)

I paid £155 for my silver c901 on eBay from china, came with a case m2 card and wrist strap too. Got it yesterday. I must say that i'm very impressed, its the perfect phone for me.

Oh nice so its not too expensive on pay and go. nice. it looks like a c510 a little bit but what makes the difference is a proper flash and 2 million more mega pixels. look forward to your review.

I must add that the software is pretty quick in the c901. Comparing flash wallpapers against the c510 shows a drastic difference, plus its got a mineral glass display so it should scratch less.
Fantastic gsmarena review! love that site.

I don't know if it is a bug or my C901 is going to have a hardware issue: when in camera mode (lens cover is open) the screen often back from camera menu to standby menu then back to camera menu, and so on.
Even when I click the shutter the screen often displays standby menu first before back to view finder.
Sometimes the "Open lens cover" warning appears also.
Any of you guys had this issue on your C901?
I had the same problem but solved very easily. It's not firmware related but a hardware 'glitch'.
When you take the back cover of your phone you can see a white mechanical piece on the phone that slides in when cover is open. All you have to do is bend the metal components of the cover SLIGHTLY so it presses on that mechanism a bit more. I think you can figure it out by yourself how to bend the mechanism so it works.
Really not much of an issue.

Hi mate, its on 1212-9076 firmware: R1GA028
No facebook app here, but its not something i'm bothered about, the app on my c510 was useless as it never updated and my status updates would show up 2 hours after i posted them... I much prefer using facebook mobile on opera mini... super quick.

Where it says put screw driver here you're meant to put it beneath that part.
Here's some more explaining to do with my previous post
