None of the current Xperias has an out-of-the-box option for video calls. Not a big deal.

Download to pc / laptop and extract the files. Then transfer onto the phone's mem card using PC companion. The using root explorer, locate the files on the card and install them one by one by clicking on them.

I managed to catch the live conference. They just introduced the Xperia P and U only. One thing Steve Walker said that the S can start up camera in
1 second (Hint of better software update?? Lets hope he did not blurt out the wrong info!!~)

Black one as usual.
Although Xperia P looks very nice too especially with aluminium body,
but the specs of S are top, I just need it.
And huge screen and the camera.... Happy.
And thank you iPhone for beeing so f..ckng expensive!!
I could sell it for more than I buy Xperia S for!

Agree with you doministry - love the alu body on the P but prefer the high res screen and 12mb camera and dual core.

P and U are also dual core but 1gHz.
I ordered one and it will be here on 5th/6th March.
No chance for earlier, they are probably sent now from the factory, so exactly "shiping now"
