Don't believe that XZ Pro leak. Yes, it could be easily faked.
And yes, that spec sheet looks like that it is an edited XZ Premium, when I look at phonearena's news about that phone's specs, the pattern of each features and everything inside that one spec page looks similar to XZ Premium's, and if you look at XZ1's specifications page, you could see that in the "sound" section, there are "Automatic Headphone Optimisation" and" Virtual Phones Technology", both aren't present in Xperia XZ Premium's spec sheet. There's no way Sony would delete those features in their next flagship.

If it had optical zoom it would be godsend ! Hoping screen to be smaller too as I like phone to fit nicely in pocket (5-5.2 inches with small bezels ~ compact series with same specifications perhaps ?)

In the camera features there is something called "Advanced Depth Sensing Technology" and Portrait Mode.
True or Not, Sony could do it in two different ways.
1- Using the conventional method of two different angle cameras, such as Apple or Samsung.
2 - Using a ToF sensor, Sony recently announced its new division: "Sony Depthsensing". A few weeks ago they published the specs of their new ToF sensor, even the website itself announces the application of these sensors in smartphones (Security, DSRL Defocus, and more).
Sony is working on it, they presented their onw FaceID at the MWC2017 in Shanghai (This was before Apple introduced the iPhone X).
Maybe it will not be on the next phone, but is only matter of time to see these new ToF sensors on Sony smartphones.

So, except the 2nd cam the front is the same.
Same screen/body ratio.
It does not need to be like S8 but a bit shorter would be welcome.
Ultra is too big.
I wish it was 15,8cm tall.
This one is too ugly. Front of XA1 and back of LG G4... 😥
Just realized now... Front cameras are different from the other Ultras, dont seem wider angle.
They look the same of XZ1.
