Clearly talking about X13, but don't really understand what he is saying. Can you explain so that anyone can understand?

To me sounds like Mark 4 is gonna use common periscope instead of zoom lens. I hope she is wrong because it would be step back. I'd rather have 70-105 zoom than fixed 120 or 240mm and using digital zoom from wide to cover the medium range
