@tom - I know you are in the movie industry, can you please translate this for me. This was written in praise of the critically acclaimed "King Arthur" movie. When some forumers disagreed with the review, the self-professed "movie critic" wrote this gem. However, my small monkey brain finds it difficult to comprehend--

"@***** - Having been a movie critic (in my own rights) for the past years now, it's been one of my 'basis' not to compare real stories with that of the ones made with the very 'imaginative' minds Also, I am more at awe watching 'classic' ones . . . Troy/Bravehart and The Gladiator are the ones which TOP my list mate. Though I cannot contest what the LOFTR garnered in the recently concluded Oscar's - they made a clean 'sweep' - awards and according to critics abroad, that was only attained by a number of few . . . "

what is a "real story", is it non-fiction? what about a story "made with the very 'imaginative' minds, is it fiction? what makes a movie a classic like "Troy"? WTF is LO-F-TR? and most of all, what the hell is a "number of few"?

anyway, if you cant answer my questions i dont blame you. after all, you are just a monkey like me. i think i'll sleep now, my head is aching from the wealth of knowledge i just acquired and from rolling on the floor with laughter.

another quotable quote--

"2. Some 'selected' fight (prior) scenes - ARCHERY (form of combat aside from the use of their swords) was mostly highlighted in the entire movie :"

Its a good thing the term "archery" was defined. I never knew that archery was a "form of combat aside from the use of their swords". Also, I never knew that the knights of the round table were adept at archery. Its a good thing it was "mostly highlighted". You really learn something new everyday.

All that thinking makes me hungry for a banana.
