Yes that would be the US release.
Global announcement is in July, Japan will get by end June.

Checking on my RAM usage on my laptop (lots of chrome, firefox, c++ dev+debug, eclipse, gnome, libreoffice) I only use 1.6GB currently. 2Gb is way more than anyone's going to need for anything they do on a phone in this upgrade cycle and, potentially, beyond. I mean ubuntu mobile's idle ram usage is only 400M on a nexus.
@Everyone: Also on a random note:
To all of you with connections at Sony, please please please tell them how amazing it is that they posted an AOSP build for the Xperia Z, and ask them to please continue this with their future phones. I'd love this to become the standard for future phones.

Off topic: Love Sony for the AOSP. They truly are the best programmers in the business!
Also, LG may've sold a lot of phones, but they hardly make any money from the Nexus. Let's wait for their financial report.
When is it likely we will start seeing leaked pics of the Togari?
