Hi everyone
-----
I'm back from the tour and took awesome pics with CX, really satisfied
Anyway, back to work
Well 7 MBs for each pic as stated earlier is TOO much. You can't get it for every shot, moreover, this would just drain your memory card.
Don't forget, we're dealing with JPEG and not RAW.
In RAW image, decreasing size would decrease quality more than it would in JPEG. The entire purpose of JPEG is to save memory. JPEG can produce 1:10 to 1:20 compression without visible loss, but in RAW, this ratio is smaller.
Above a certain limit, decreasing compression will not produce very distinct increase in quality. Nor is it in a definite proportion e.g. increase in quality for a picture from 1 MB image to 2 MB image will be more than that in a picture from 3 MB to 4 MB.
---
I did make 2 separate versions of camdriver for K850, one with high buffer and one with lower. It's just hard to explain this all
------
About someone comparing CX to eltoffer on the previous page, just a reminder that CX 4.1 was made when i did not have a C905, so most settings were based on the ones i had been using in K850, hence some undesirable results were produced by it in C905 images.

@witchking
im the one who compared your camdriver with eltoffer's.but ,like i said in another post i was wrong,in resume,i took a picture with your first c905 camdriver modiffication,the cybershot xperience 4.1,and let me say that i took a picture around 6 mb,and i liked it too much,unfotunately,i dont have that picture anymore,its on my facebook,but,facebook page compressed the photo and doesnt see like the original. I can put a link to the photo if you guys want.
you said that heavier pictures doesnt mean more quality i understand that,but,if you could make a balance between that two things,well.......,you are the master,and you have the last word,i really dont care about draining memory,cause i have a 16g m2 card and all my music its in m4a.
thanks for coming back.
I really aprecciate your work,in fact im triying to support you via pay pal,but when i make the call,it cuts,i dont know why,im from mexico.
greetings.
