i do think that uk people do drink a lot and not controlled..they go to the pub and by eleven they are very drunk and want to do something..that's why all hapens..

i personaly do not like to go out in uk pub..
i did like it in italy or canada but i just can't here..

i don't think to have one time zone is a good idea for england..you are not wide enough for it..
only if you go for a european time and ireland stay at this time zone, then you may consider it..

It depends on the fact what they drink. Not every drink is so harmful like
our slivovica(plum brandy).
Sorac our emigrant in uk, u know what I speak about.
I heard that yugoslavians have very good slivovica or how you call it.
Time zones is big problem in Russia they have light at 10 p.m. in Moscow (think only during summer).
Hope you will not have the same problem in UK with cet.

@boto Sljivovica is ours! We've made it even 700 years ago. But we are stupid, we can't save anything that is ours, I am shure that you heard about ajvar. That is meal from peppers that is made for winter. We also made it long, long time ago, but Slovenians took it and made branded mark ajvar, and now, whole world thinks that ajvar is Slovenian, not Serbian. BTW slivovica isn't yugoslavian, it is serbian. Yugoslavia doesn't exist anymore, and we don't have much in common with Montenegro ppl. This message was posted from a K700i

No, Kerry, there are no official plans for the Euro to be adopted in the UK but it is widely accepted in London (as is the US Dollar). I enjoy the café culture in mainland Europe; they just seem so much more relaxed about drinking. This message was posted from a T68i

@boto - I'm Scottish and living in England. English people often say "English" when they mean "British". If they can't get it right (and they've had 300 years to get used to it), I'm sure we can forgive ourselves if we haven't got used to all the changes in Europe yet. We Slovaks know differance between scotish, english and british. It's the same like czech, slovak and czechoslovak.
Anyway we were not happy with disintegration of our comon state~Czechoslovakia.
What about scotish ppl, don't they want your own state, the same like czechs and slovak.
Must say we had started crying for Czechoslovakia after its disintegration.I don't mean all Slovak and Czechs, becouse some are happy with this situation.

Scottish independence isn't such a big issue as such but I think Scottish people are, generally, more pro-European than the English. I think the English are very wary of change and the Scots are more open to new ideas. Of course, these are big generalisations. This message was posted from a T68i
