I agree with arnoldc about letting Sony Ericsson know about what happened for the main purpose of improving customer relations. In all fairness though, RG has been very accomodating to my requests but whether it is an exception (because of the DTI incident) or the rule any untoward incident should not be left unnoticed for the sake of others.

I am one with you in your action that you will undertake.

I think only Elgato only got that sw for t68m or kung meron man, ilan lang sila. If that was released "legally", dapat lahat ng may t68m, had that long-awaited software. I dont know kung sino man yung nice guy from SE na sinasabi ni Elgato na nag-upgrade ng unit nya. Bka papa niya.

there are 2 main concerns now for the SE Club: 1) the absence of support from the local SE office;
2) MMS upgrade.

We can do something about #1 but #2 is an issue beyond any consumer's control
