Hello to everyone! I bought V800 6 days ago and I have a few things to ask.
1) Is there any way to change the SMS sounds and be able to use Mp3 songs instead?
2) Does anyone know a way to disable the camera sound? I did it with Nokia 6600, when I bought a seperate programme for the camera.
3) Is there a new F/W for the V800 already? I have R1D003.

Thanks

@sevastos,

Hi, welcome to esato!!

1) sms cannot be change to mp3 ringtones.. It just the same phone as S700i and K700i platform.

2) Currently, there is one way to try. ( Kinda St***d but din test b4). Some frenz say u try to call to ppl and at the same time snap the picture, then it will not have the snap sounds..

3) NO fw currently on V800 for SE. Thanks!!!

@sevastos,

Erm, take it easy... Nowadays everybody is using V800 Vodafone.. I know u can see the software and body is Vodafone, but no body cares at this moment cause not everyone can get V800 yet. You are one of the lucky mates to get one of this nice phone that from Europe and Japan. Even Asian fellows is crazying about this phone but they can't get it..

Well, soon there have a version of SE firmware, more ppl will get it very quickly. Currenlty, you can get the whole SE casing of V800 without any vodafone brand stuff in France.. That's one of good news...

Anyone know if you can zoom in on pics that you've got on the V800?

I've got one, but can't see that you can, and wondered if anyone else had noticed it. Bit of a damn useful feature to leave off if you ask me.
