The first and the last at the same time. But how it is possible?

Howard Stringer (a Brit of Welsh origins) who is the first non-Japanese CEO of Sony - Japanese corporation after all - in latest interviews expressed doubts whether Sony Ericsson joint-venture will survive next few years, notably because cooperation between Sony (responsible for stylish design and user friendly ergonomics) and Ericsson (responsible for high-tech telecommunications) is not going so good as it was only 2 years ago...

So Sony Ericsson XPeria X1 phone may be actually the last Windows Mobile phone from Sony Ericsson and in future it may be called only "Ericsson XPeria X1" because is considering to withdraw from mobile phone market altogether.

In case you have doubts we can recommend HTC Touch Pro that is of similar form factor as X1, but is made by company that has rather bright future - unlike Sony Ericsson...

Minggu besok malam sudah tarawih. InsyaAllah. Jadi puasa mulai Senin pagi.
Siap-siap 'off' dari Esato nih..tidak online sering-sering.

Menurut aq, kyk na penulis berita di msmobiles.com salah interpretasi deh...

Dia beranggapan demikian karena saat ditanya apakah Sony ingin mengakhiri SE joint venture, Howard menjawab "It's certainly been a difficult year but buying out a partner is never an easy thing." Jawaban inilah yg menimbulkan banyak spekulasi.

Lebih lanjut, Howard mengatakan, "We have to work together again as we did two years ago."

Nah, pernyataan kedua mematahkan spekulasi msmobiles.com, yg inti na Sony akan bekerja bersama lagi dengan Ericsson dalam mengembangkan telepon2 kedepan seperti yg mereka lakukan 2 tahun lalu.

Aq masih ingat kalo dulu SE itu sangat inovatif. Contoh na T68i, ponsel kamera pertama... T610i yg stylish... K750i, ponsel 2MP pertama... K800i CyberShot 3.2MP pertamax...

Nah, sejak itu SE kyk kurang inovasi karena Sony tidak terlalu ikut R&D (pengembangan) telepon. K850 dibuat semua na oleh Ericsson (kecuali cam module na.)

Hasil na y itu, agak kurang sukses gt...

Contoh HP yg didesain Sony: K750, K800, SO905iCS, C905. Semua na bagus kan?

Menurut aq, pernyataan kedua dari Howard itu berita baik, karena mungkin tak lama lagi kita akan melihat HP SE sekelas SO905iCS dengan teknologi Bravia.

W980? Tahu tuh lagi ngapain... kemaren sih lagi dimain-mainin sama kucing2 gw... dipake telpon2an, sms-an, mms-an (iPhone mana bisa?), internetan, terakhir digigit-gigit deh pas mereka kelaparan, soalnya gw olesin minyak ikan di hapenya jadi dikira makanan...
