Yes it is
And I don't know any firmware mod to change this. A4A 9.1 driver has a workaround: it first tries to save at 98% compression and when it fails it uses a lower compression. It's an alternative...

can someone post the link for A4A 9.2?? im using A4A 9.0 rite now in w800 n when i take micro n night mode with default settings i get these...
and yep i juz got my God of War Demo!!
the pics look great in the fone screen but after i put in comp is so bad, not really bad juz a lot noise...
outdoor pics r awesome
(took dis while walking)
(nite mode with LED)
