you can dial, answer and hangup calls with MPE, and using the computer sound and mike as a "bluetooth headset" for the phone.

WOW! Just tried it on my P1i ... and would you believe ... it works like a charm

Got my Phone and Sim contacts into MPE.
Got my messages and call logs on MPE
Got my signal strength and battery on it too!
I can even see my files on the phone c:\\ d:\\ & z:\\
Can manage the files ... copy to PC, copy from PC, delete from phone, etc.

The only problem I'm having is ... I click on Organizer, and the program closes!

Your K200i is not Bluetooth capable nor is it compatible with a USB cable so that limits your connectivity options to Infa-red. Does your PC have a Infa-red sensor or an USB adaptor? Thats the first place to start. I'm not sure if MPE is Infa-red compatible though - anyone?
