(read the manual dude, hehe:)

Thanks man I did read the manual it has instructions on how to release the Memory card (push back onto it), but didn't state on how to release Sim card, I didn't figure the simcard would use the same technique.

Thanks

Sent this Questions to Sony Ericsson Call Center!

1- The flash doesn't always sync with the image capture, leaving dark or black photos in night conditions.
2- Manual equaliser settings are not remembered when exiting and then returning to the media player.
3- Using DS-970 and MBW-150, when using the clock to increase the volume,it takes 9-10 seconds before the audio stops stuttering
4- The Media player speed is poor when dealing with many entries

Answer from Sony Ericsson Call Center:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Sony Ericsson Call Center.

1. This is most likely because you are holding your fingers near the flash sensor that causes it not sync properly.

2. When i try here the settings are stored, i change the settings, press done and then stop the song and exit the media player. Then i enter the media player and press resume, the settings are still the same.

3. For some seconds you can have interruptions in the music of a HBH-DS970 or HBH-DS980 or HBH-DS200 or HBH-DS220 Bluetooth headset when you have a MBW-150 also connected to the same BT phone. This is due to limitations in the bandwidth of the Bluetooth radio link.

4. The phone has to read all the id3 tags of the songs and store the information one time and this can take very long time if you have many songs.

Best regards,
/Jimmy

3. NO, it's must be a bug, startup order, Start BT in K850i, start BT in DS-970, start BT in MBW-150 works better, so it's give me more stuttering problem if I have this startup order, start BT in K850i, start BT in MBW-150, start BT in DS-970.

4. NO, it's a well-known bug, the UI has performance problem then using MediaPlayer, reported all over the Internet, example http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=157121 If I listen on one track and try to send a SMS, it's give you a performance problem, try to see a picture (when listen to music) and use zoom, in/out, the music level increase then trying to zoom out.

"New" answer from SE.......

1. This is caused of incorrect placement of the fingers when taking pictures. Please see attached leaflet.

2. Expect this to be fixed in the next firmware update.

4. Performance for UI will be optimized for next firmware update.

@aremaboy
This has been mentioned a lot. You'll need to get it flashed at a service centre. Doing a master reset cures it for some, but I believe the problem will reappear.

I know that. What I mean is many people got Operation Failed with 029 f/w. But just curious, after with 037 f/w, does this bug likely happen?
