the only zoom function you can get in SE phones is by the picture editor.. I do not know about V800.. maybe it has a better picture editor.. so try it out..

I think that's the current firmware. Voda have update a verison that they encounter small bugs on Voda Live Download sections. Should be OK if u dun encounter any problems..

3gp is a file format
You can use mpeg4 or h.263 inside(.3gp file extension), but with mpeg4 you get much better quality
(Imtoo mpeg encoder is quite simple to use, but not free...)
