@Shaliron I couldn't be bothered to quote your long post, needles to say, there are a few things expected from Nokia for 2008 and the 2007's N95-8Gig model is by no means the 2008 Nokia's flagship as you assume. (althou for the other small companies the N95's specs may be indeed flagship). One of the things to be seen in 2008 is 'turbo wifi' and the much awaited wimax.
http://www.google.co.za/gwt/n[....]2F20070926%2Fwgtintel0927.html Furthermore the screen size and resolution will go up (3+in and 640x480). The video camera res. will increase too (half hdtv @ 30fps). Faster graphic chips and higher capacity batteries are also expected. Please, is fine with me if you are confused but STOP confusing others with long postings

'Nokia will roll out the first WiMax-enabled
Internet tablets using Intel chips in the first half of 2008, a Nokia spokeswoman told Reuters.'
.....like the
N800 successor, which will apparently run the same Linux-based OS as the N800 currently does. But of course that gives no mention to Nokia's phone/smartphone products, or their used S40/60 OSs......

For all the ones with doubts about what arunvc said, I believe I can confirm P3i for november (Slider?!?) and WM for 2nd half of 2008 ... (the presentation of such mobiles will be on Q1 2008).

P3, a slider? Good. I'm not a fan of the flip the other P-Series phones have (sans P1). I like 1995 just as well as anybody else, but....
Can't wait for November.

Windows Mobile doesn't really thrill me. I hope they change the interface of EVERYTHING so it doesn't look like WM, similarly to what Samsung has done to some of their phones.

@Sharilon, regarding your post on the previous 2 pages. the last line about the P3i ... "support for C++". What do you mean by that?
Not WinCE = Windows Mobile Professional/Standard as an OS right?
or coding support to run native C++ apps?

I was wondering the same thing. Totally miffed me.
I really hope the P3 has triband 3.5G. AT&T is about ready to roll out HSUPA; this would be the perfect phone to test that on.

Hey all,
That phone looks like a cross between the W910/W580 in flip form IMO.
A lot of updates to give - nothing particularly new, but a little more coherently layed out.
UPDATE:
[list]
[*] W350 photos added.

It seems as though it is not I who is confused, but it is you if you cannot understand what I am trying to say with my 'long postings'.
My 'long postings' are written more coherently than other fanboyish rubbish that is often shown on these forums, and I'm not going to shorten the posts just because you don't agree with what's written inside of them.
Unfortunately it seems that some people on the net seem unable to grasp simple concepts of business, always asking or more without thinking about the practicalities of constantly improving specifications.
Like HD video recording on a mobile with limited storage?
But as I said, I'm not going to dwell on this anymore in this thread.
@Prom1, laurenke01
I'm as puzzled as you are about C++ support. Interpret it as whatever you want, arunvc is the one who gave those specifications, not me. Thing is, all the other specifications that he's given seem to be fairly accurate
And also, I'd expect the W350 to be announced soon. It certainly isn't photoshopped - it's just taking a while to be announced I guess.
UPDATE:
The V640 has been announced.
Added 'Colours' section.
The K770 is meant to be available in seven colours. Up to now, only beige, brown, and purple have been officially announced.
The V640 has been seen in white, which has yet to be announced.
