^^Need a torch, buy a torch!

I disagree. I hope the professional and musical devices will never use xenon flash. Having a torch in a phone is very useful. Believe me. I'm an archaeologist and I've used thousand times my w810's leds as a torch. In museums, in archaeological sites (to read some inscriptions or to see wall paintings). I fell in love with SE using this device. I never had problems with my w810.
Now I have new needs, and I have to change phone this year. I need a touch screen, wifi b/G, word, excel, ppt, pdf reader, notes, GPS, a good camera (3megapixels at least) and a torch! Having a flash in my device isn't necessary because I already have a good digital reflex camera (CANON)...
The Psomething isn't a "K"amera phone but a "P"rofessional phone. If you need a real flash buy a K phone or a digital camera .

what is the latest about shiho guys?

I don't think there is anything. Just the same as before. Though apparently it runs an upgraded A200, or maybe even a new version.

I love the camera on Paris. I love how how all the camera stuff is tucked away and out of sight when it's not being used--yes, even the flash. I think it looks really clean.

What has any of that got to do with this thread? Stop posting Jap stuff in here, you should start another thread for that.

@laurenke
I agree design wise, but I would still choose something like this before ....

Sorry if this a bit OOT but I found an ad in a local newspaper about J121i, and I also found about it here : http://www.naaptol.com/buy-on[....]ndsets/sony_ericsson_j121.html

Why there's no information about this "new" phone in SE website?

in that case neither the "clean design" at the back of Paris (viz Mitsubishi)
or the music surface on the W890 (SO903i)
or the W880 concept (99% swedish-free)
or the PSP-esque gallery screen
or the fullscreen walkman UI (W42S)
or the lights on W580i
or the swivel mechanism on S700i/W900i will ever appear

QVGA screens would have taken 2 more years to become popular
and you can kiss goodbye to VGA screens, optical zoom this year, cuz nobody would have wanted to push it

and nobody would care to make mechanical shutters and auto lens cover on phones a reality

@bavlondon

it doesn't say on the phone, but conclusion here is that it probably is with AF, just not written on the casing (as with G900). I think that decision is fine if true. Dont'l like too much letters there, it may seem tacky sometimes ...

It looks that Paris has a big battery unlike the previous P series

PK please correct me if I'm wrong!
