I had lock ups which would not go away with a reboot and only got fixed by flashing the firmware (at least it worked using SEUS for me) but none of them were like the BROD problem. Further more, there isn't any other case in this thread of Anyone who's had a BROD on Any other firmware but 031 and above. I've read the thread start to finish to check. Like I mentioned before I've gone through 2 BRODs, both with 031 and then resigned myself to flashing to the far safer R1CA037.
fbloise > the K850 has been available for 8 months so far which is rather decent life span, not sure what your expectations were as for its life on the shelf and offering.

Well, that in itself really isn't the hardest thing in the world for Apple to do, considering its feature set is nothing compared to K850.
But it hasn't reach full potential yet. Any news for our firmware?
Recently I am having minor problems like the unretrievable demo tour in entertainment section and blog feature that doesn't blog anything.
But nothing compared to a BROD - R1EA037, baby..

MY Friends Mobile Store just had new stocks of K850i from SE.(So its still in production and stocks r coming in).
Contacted SE thru the retailer channel thru my friend and asked if the K850i is there flagship or c902 ,they replied K850i is our flagship and the C902 cannot be one as it does not have Xenon and dat the firmware will be released along with the first one for the c902 (or when the c902 gets released)
(Note:- I am from india).
(Note:- C902 Vodafone release date is 13th June).
So guys don lose hope with SE and keep on supporting it.This delay is most likely cuz of launch of lots of phones in a very small span of time and there wont be any new announcements for q3 means no more leaks (only official release of already leaked phones),Q3 for solving all the issues of all phones across the board.
SE won't lose its dear fans so easily ,plz be patient and u"ll we rewarded with gr8 features.

FOTA = Firmware Over The Air and it is SEUS, just with no wires. Chances are it won't make any difference since FOTA is typically behind on firmware as compared to the SEUS PC client (mine still says no update on FOTA but online I am offered R1EA037).
Best bet - pay the $10 and get it done via DaVinciteam.com or kulankendi
