No one should be excluded! I rather have 28 letters missing as to leave one person out. We have the picture, that's what matters. There have been people from countries with reasonable relyable postage services who screwed up and even didn't post a picture.
If it was Ceaser who this was send to I can assure you all that it is an incident. I know he's still waiting for a phone that was send to him in 2009 but i've send him 2 or 3 times a card that actual arrived.

Marly, if we just send the card with signature to the last owner of the tour paper then it would not be called world tour. Though the person has sent the card and the other person has also included it and post all papers to next reliable person, the actual world tour paper hasnt been to that country from the first member.

You're right, it's no perfect solution, I only mentioned it, as we shouldn't omit a member from this tour, only because the postal service in his/her country doesn't work well, imo. Besides, looking at the list, this might exclude several participants, so it wouldn't be a world tour anymore either.

Ceaser, you don't need to apologise, when the postal service in India isn't always reliable, this could've happened in many countries and it certainly isn't your fault.
I don't think any of the participants in this thread would want you to omit yourself from this tour.

agreed! no one should remove themself from the tour... heck... Ive mailed stuff within my own country and it has been lost.. so this could have even been the fault of the U.S. postal service... there is no way for us to know where, how or when it was lost. I say we just start again and keep enjoying the photos.

Ceaser, you don't run the mail service it's them that's to blame not you. There was once a postcard sent in the UK in wartime & it arrived 40 years later
