Well in two minutes time (sorry no 14 day count down) i'm off to Scotland, Edinborough fringe festival to be precise. & i'm visiting Holy island on the way & then into the Scotish mountains, temperatures where i live in UK are far too hot (next few days could be the hottest on record) & i'm NOT having ANY of THAT! so i'm going north

btw, did someone heard of the british soldier that almost died of hypothermia in Bagdad? max temperature in Iraq is about 45 degrees, so the bright english soldier thought it would be a good idea to sleep in the fridge chamber... they found him 'cause they went looking for food in the morning. A coleague stated he had been a 'bit stupid'... a BIT?

this pretty much takes the cake...
i heard one even better today... a guy in Iowa USA tried to rob a house, he got in the house through a window but it turned out to be the room of an 86 year old lady that woke up and screamed like there was no tomorrow... so the thief tried to hide in a closet (not getting the fook out of there as any other normal person would do). the old lady's son (a 53 year old hot blooded man) heard the hollering and still grabed the guy as he was trying to hide in the closet... he dragged the thief through the hole house to kick him out (his own words: "i still got plenty of fire in the furnace")... so the thief saw he had no escape and tried to bribe the guy with a 100 $ bill... a FAKE 100 $ bill...
only in the US of A...
