it aint possible to upgrade using a DRS-10. even if you have the upgrade software. it's because they're using this special circuit (with a button) that comes between your phone and a DB9 connector connected to the PC. and that thing-a-ma-jig is expensive... that not all service points can do ericsson upgrades.
