I was at the SE Service Centre in Singapore today and they can do the upgrade for you in 2 hours. Unfortunately because I did not purchase the phone in Singapore they won't do the upgrade for me unless I pay them S$103. What a rip off

i know, its realy annoying! but nope, you cant make it louder, maeby in the next software
