lol! I had to say something stupid...i was quiet for most of the conversation yesterday...reason being I was at the airport.
So I got a shirt from NY yesterday. Also, I got to have a long conversation about South Africa, related issues with a fairly informed African-american girl. She is on Peacecore or something. Funny enough, like my friend Handsome, she does not agree with affirmative action, and also, empowering africa instead of sending aid that gets lost in corruption. We talked lots about corruption. She went on about the g8 summit, and how they talked about the corruption issue being the big one that is fueling all the problems.
I enjoy chatting to people from different races and nationalities about their view of the world and africa. The big American trend and maybe this has always been, is to do volunteer work in Africa. I still want to muse about this a bit more

The one thing that bothers me about Windows is the fact that I always turn of the Windows Sounds and all that, but somehow they switch themselves on once every few weeks. It is damn annoying....It is as bad as having keytones on your phone when you sms a lot....

I've come close to murdering my two best friends, both with clamshell LGs that tinkle every time they open and close. And whoever decided keytones were a crucial invention was a damn masochist.
Francois, you mentioned being stuck with the butterfly skin. Have you noticed it keeps changing?

Just got home, did the unpacking thing, logged on to Mxit to let my brother know i'm back, and i'm about ready to moer that butterfly, wish i'd never put it on!
