well i have a ericsson r520m and the problem is with the firmware.. actually at first it was having the newer firmware and picture option was there but now because of the master reset all , it turned back to the older fw version that r1j .. now how to get back to the last version , does anybody know the codes ????

how u mean u turned back the fone? u cannot downgrade it with a master reset.

but how the firmware changed then ... now it don't have the pictures option in extras , and before that it was having that option , if someone sends picture message to me it turns that message in to garbage ....?
problem is where that option is gone ??

well, i am not sure, but protos can make weird things sometimes. the sw in a proto is not so well managed as in a non proto. thats all ai can say. hope your fone is not going to die.. anyway, the only solution i see is india, as i suggested u several times. if u have a frien d over there, send him the fone and let it uprade it there.
