i do not get any news about new firmware until now as i also wanted to upgrade mine. as for ya AP upgrade, i have no idea as well. but are ya AP set an orange pr T-mobile phone. if yes... u have to send to accord rather than ericserv.
for the T610 differents was the screen. seem like they have some improvement over the screen and it look nicer. checked the hardware batchs as well, it was different. specially the R4C work better with the camera that they enchanced. it's a big improvement compare with the old T610.
and good news for Z600 admirer,
latest Z600 local warranty price dropped. u all can grab it within RM1400 - RM1500. cheers

cool~ u get can ya upgrade thru any of the authorise service center. for ericserv they are charging RM25(to same italian firmware R5B) or RM50(to others language pack firmware R5B).

basically thier hardware for LCD have changed. and it solved a lots of problem that old T610 have. some even said it look almost as the T630 LCD as T630 is brighter.
u should try the camera as well. R4C worked best with it. of coz u can't compare ya digital camera with T610. it's not to compare.
anyone one here into a new T610 enchanced LCD with local warranty used for 1 min+ only. please PM me
