Just flashed/debranded my X10 with Nordic R2BA026, got 2.1 update prompt, will only update tomorrow though once its all cooled down.

Will be nice to know when the UK Generic 2.1 Software comes out over here that's why I got the bebranded X10, Network Operators software Can so get in the way of things like this ever since the P800 days.

About update, Everything worked great so far. Market couldn't download applications for about half an hour and started to work great after a while.
It works really smooth and love the new style. I'll took couple of HD videos today. New integrations with facebook seems great. There ise a combine and take-a-part option for contacts which makes great sense. You can combine a phone, facebook, gmail, twitter contact into one person. Love it.
I'm sure we are going to love this update. I already loved my phone, now I love even more.

Hope so, just got me thinking That Sony Ericsson did not do a world wide region release of 2.1 because they did not want the servers to Crash with everyone updating at the same time & to iron out any teething problems.

Yeah Nordic is a small region also.
Anyone can flash their X10 to Nordic to change region just to get 2.1 but I'm like you my X10 is sim free and I'd rather get the UK 2.1 version.
