I guess you move the slider to the left for muting. But I'm not really sure

thinking of doing a master reset before doing the up date and leave my 16Gb card out too till the update is done and sort some settings out, if ur memory card is full it can really slowdown the X10 last time I put like 8 albums on my phone in one go it slowdown my phone all night can only imagine what it be like for the whole 16Gb plus will have the facial recognition photos, music, videos ect running in the background to slow it down so will do mine at night so it can sortthings our while I'm sleeping. I'm sure people who have upgraded will of had this and can let us know that it speeds up after a while?

I've got my X10 16GB card backed up with a simple copy and paste into a folder on my PC. As for the phone settings and contacts and everything I have that backed up with My Phone Explorer on my pc and also actually in the memory card using Sony Ericsson Backup and Restore

Could always sort out what you want to keep and just keep that on the card and the rest on the pc but I have read that the phone after the initial update is slow but then later its fine. A lot of people have said that it's fine after a reboot.

Never mind. He told me he's changed the phone to nordic. But he's said that Orange DR will get the update by mid november.
