Same here, night pics are awful, they come out black if I use the flash unless with portrait and then they are either poor or tooooooooo bright.

i advise to clean lightsensor frequently (use brush) to get better results with flash.

in that case your phone as some problem because my phone with compensation at -2.0 will never made a over exposed pictures.

I've done this 3x already but i'm not gonna take an old toothbrush with me every time i wanna take night pictures

Then get a different phone because the dirty sensor problem is an inherent flaw with the K850i.

I have to say that I also got MUCH better results once I cleaned the sensor. I carry a tooth pick now and use it once in a while. I've thought about finding some sort of Very transparent tape to put over the sensor so it doesn't trap any dust but not sure if this would work.
