Oh hell, I didn't even realise it was, and after reading your post, I asked a few colleagues, including the assistant head teacher...all were oblivious!!
LOL, so much for thinking of those teachers in places like Sudan et al...
I did a few searches and it seems to be running for a few years now...eish, don't we feel dof now...
Oh well, I've now put a notice on the whiteboard in the staff room with a few links, so all these other tie-less colleagues around here can read up and think of words like solidarity etc...
There's already a few guilty-looking expressions amongst some of the more compassionate Pom colleagues... so much for first world 'awareness'...

I am trying to find the number of a bus company, an unknown one, but i need to get their number for a specific reason. This sucks, not even the Internet can help me here...

how pathetic...once again telcon. phoned info to try to get the number, it is the number of a bus company, and I got the number of a jolly auto electrician. and the lady that took my request could barely speak properly. she made sounds that might have resembled human speech on some other planet, but her weakness here, this is earth.
where to now? the only contact that I know that can help me had the unfortunate event of his dad dying last night. do not want to bother him.

roflmao!! And here I thought i was playing Jiminy Cricket by deliberately mentioning Teacher's Day in the staffroom this morning, to the extent that i mentioned the tie thing, which drew some muttered comments about attire
Not that i really give a fig, i haven't worn formal attire in many a year, let alone a tie lol! There's quite a convivial atmosphere here today, even the kids are keeping the usual rowdiness to under 100dB, and there's a noticeable drop in the number of patients being brought to me for First Aid

Another price watch, Incredible connection are still selling the relatively "new" SonyEricsson K800 for R4100...One thing I've noticed in the ad was that there doesn't seem to be an indication whether the phone is branded by . The much anticipated M600i should be widely available from next week on Vodacom.
