does anyone think its worth having our shite completely deleted every so often if bandwidth is a problem? i know that's not the immediate problem, but i'm taking an optomistic view.

Bc yep i got ur email addy and yes deleting all the uk crap would probably be a good idea. :-) Adamizer u may not have been able to post as ur username may not have been fully activated - it is now anyway so u should have no problems. :-)
