Thanks for sharing this...that's exactly what I've been looking for...a music player with full equaliser control. Having played with it for a short while, it does sound fantastic. It's definitely saved me from having to endure listening to this horrible and most basic Mediashite SE have put on the X10.

Will try in a bit, but i use static here at home.
Added my Wlan manualy, and it connected and worked (lost the connection a few times, but that can be due to low battery/bad router noticed that the battery indicator turns red when >30%

This maybe a stupid question but I couldn't find anything online to tell me what region my X10 is. From the build number? Base version? Kernel version?
Try this:
Lock the screen
press home button so the screen is on
do not slide the slider
press menu back back menu back menu menu back to enter the service menu
Model info will give you the customization and Country the phone was distributed in
Thanks, I found my region: Belgium. Hopefully, 2.1 will be out soon for my region.

I think the phone consumes more battery with 2.1. Feels like there are more data transfer.
The exit option in the web browser is gone.
The LED doesn't work for me (and a friend of mine) with Handcent SMS.
Still some lagg in the flow although I have disabled parts of the animation. The keybord has less vibration and also here when writing the letters doesn't always come up at once. I miss the back and forward keys on the keybord.
New icon for 3G and (H) High speed data.
The screen doesn't lock it self after a phone call anymore.
One can use the power button to close the screen when making a call. Before it ended the call.
New icon for email notification.
Still no gmail in Timescape. Just showing email from the other email client.
No Timescape as startscreen. Don't miss it either.
Photo light still hidden in the settings instead of on the screen in camera mode.
I get a new box on the screen when I connect it to my laptop via USB. It also behaves strange such as not showing up as a unit in the file explorer, but PC Companion recognizes it.
Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the update.
Cheers,

Seems like the New update is a Hit! When should I expect it here in the US (not necessarily a US version, bought it before it came out on AT&T)?
5-10 times a day, I press "search for updates" on my phone.
