@ Code
when you get a chance please try it as i'm interrested as well whether this would work or not...devilwasabi managed to implement it perfectly to c510 and c902 therefore let's hope it works this time as well. Even now i'm using Light (in Organiser just obove the Code memo) and it works perfectly on my c510 so hopefully it'll work on c901 as well because he did it just today and i haven't seen any feedback even though people are downloading the file

Unfortunately, as i said before it wasnt working in mine. Lights menu didnt showed up there. It seems there was no "lights" option in main firmware which couldnt took just by edited menu.ml

In other words, there's none of lights support in C901. Just one way to use that light are in video mode. Case closed? LOL

Does anyone know what's happened to the c901 release in the UK?
They said September then October and there's still no mention of it on any of the networks web sites.
They've also removed it from the 'Coming Soon' page on the UK se-store site!!

I've been taking pics with my c901 for a couple weeks now and have consistently found that about 50% of my pics are out of focus. The camera shows the green focus square but the pic turns out blurry. I've tried the macro and face detection settings with no improvement. I've updated my firmware also. Anybody else have this problem or have any thoughts?
Update on my autofocus problem. I called SE repair who told me to send it in. When they got the phone, they told me since it was a "grey" market phone (not officially sold in the USA), I would have to pay a flat fee of $185 just to look at it

They should have told me than before I sent the phone in! The fee is a joke since I can buy a brand new phone for not much more. Just a warning for all USA customers that SE will not help you out if there is a problem with your phone.

Its common if you buy unauthorize product...the company will charge you
well not sure on USA. if its Malaysia
you get grey market phone....they can even refuse to fix for you
if you buy a refurbish car let say toyota which import from japan...toyota will not entertain your car unless you pay extra...and some model...they will reject as there's no way to get spare part here.
most consumer electronic product will normally reject grey market product unless you have international warranty but they might put a small text in the warranty note to claim the service centre of respective country have the rights to charge extra etc etc...in the end you can't avoid if you buy grey market/ parallel import product.
