? vs XA Ultra(maybe)
None of the specs match with HQ_Vision though....

Nice find, wouldn't expect anything to match HQ_vision's posts seeing as they are nonsense.
MTK 6735 will probably have a 13MP since this is the highest the SoC supports, with 2GB of ram, plenty for 720p. For sure the low end part of the xperia line up.
MTK 6755 is the helio P10, this can support up to 21MP and 4gb of ram but doubt sony will use 4gb, maybe 2/3gb, but a 21mp cam is plausible. I agree, this device probably is the XA ultra, 6 inch screen with 2gb of ram and helio p10. The current XA uses the P10 with 1080p, so upping the screen to 6 inches and calling it an ultra seems to be a good cost saving measure.
Assuming both these devices will debut at IFA, then wonder if the only other device to debut could be a larger 5.5 inch Xperia X? Unless Sony decides to debut these 2 low/mid end devices during the summer and leave IFA for something more uh premium I guess. Remains to be seen.

there are several prototype phones shipped @march 11
but i dont expect these protos have low specs and mtk chipsets.
