i just came back from kallang....
damn it .... i call them this morning to ask for an upgrade.. they said yes i can... but without the cd and manual... but u noe wat.. when i reached there... they told me the upgrade is onli for t68m... t68mc will not be able to upgrade due to the imei no. of t68mc.... so i came home empty handed ;-(

I just got it. It takes about 30 mins. Warranty card and $12 that is wat you need. Please remember to back up your phonebook. It is available only in the kallang branch.

I went there today and asked them if I can upgrade my T68i, but they say that the upgrade they are doing now is for T68m>i so I had no choice but to upgrade my T39 only... I don't know if T68mc can be done, but as our friend here got a first hand experience then I think they can't... Yes you need the warranty or they will charge $20.60... Oh and the person I talked to is Jasmin... Anyway those out there with T68i and want to upgrade the sw for your T68i, don't waste your time unless you want to see the gals there or else unless your sw is giving you problems then you should go down and upgrade the sw if not it is not advisable to do it... Take care and have a nice day... It seems the people there very stressed...

Finally got my T68 upgraded... The damn guy in Kallang told me that they do not have the software... it is not out yet... blah blah blah... stupid asswipe!!! Then went all the way to Goldhill and got it done with no problem... Some of the SE people are just crazy... fire them!!! For the sake of SE!!! But keep the people in goldhil... the gal there are not so bad...
