I also have some blur in one spot to the left of the image. The camera lens has slighty offfset to the upper-left.
I use to think that maybe lens is dirty at this spot, but reading this posts I don't know anymore.
I will try to clean lens later today and see what happen.

Sent my k750i back to SE today, under the Dead-On-Arrival/Unwrapping guarantee - getting a new one in at most 10 working days.

I really doubt it's about the position of the lens (mine was dead center, and yet it's blurred). It might be more revealing, I think, to look at week of manufacture - if it's a bad batch of camera modules, they've most likely been installed around the same time, or?

My blurry phone was 05W19

(for those who don't know, you can find week of manufacture on a sticker under the battery, slightly inside the phone cover (so you may have to use some light to see it)).

I tend to agree with Sergeic on this

I doubt its a matter of displacement of lenses since its seen on so many phones, its more likely either a matter of a batch of lesser quality lenses or something that is fixable in firmware.

I wont waste time trying to send it back for replacement/repair untill Ive got real confirmation that there is something they can do about it other than just replacing the cameramodule a number of times untill I either get lucky or get tired of complaining. I might just wait and send it back for repair later this year when they maybe plan to use the ccd-modules instead.

yeah my phone is also 05W20, but i have blur...
and also, i think i'll send my phone in later, just like what numb said. actually, after you get yours back with the new camera module (if they give it to you)... tell us if there's still blur... because i'll probably end up sending it in (if i do) probably in like 3-6 months...

Well, the only reason I sent it in was that when the first 7 days have passed, I don't have any right to get the entire phone replaced with a new one anyway. So why not try - especially since service shops here aren't allowed to repair k750i yet - they have to be repaired by SE themselves, meaning too long a wait.

Also, the replacement might just be from the latest batch, since it's SE themselves replacing it - which means some production issues might have been fixed. If I waited just until Monday returning it, they'd repair it rather than replace the entire thing - and besides, I can always send it in for repair later on if a replacement doesn't help Nothing lost (except for 10 working days without the new phone wonder).
