i am using main 8.53 cam driver ... from the first post
hmm, why do you want to use superdriver if you dont want to use supermode? :/
Try my modification of 8.53 - (8.51) - profiles are available only when macro is ON
or try my modification of 4.5 - (6.0 with 4.5 quality settings or 6.1 with 7.7 Final quality settings) - no profiles, when you enter camera its normal driver (with some tweaks like smoother preview, more fps recording movies, etc), day and night mode, and when in nightmode you enable macro, enhanced night mode is ON
v6.1 - Nightmode:

v6.1 - Nightmode + Macro:

y must on macro ?
Yes, by enabling macro you enable enhanced nightmode, there is no problem for shooting long distance objects (macro = full range scanning, from few centimeters to infinity)
And... there is no problem in shooting macros in nightmode (enhanced nightmode is automatic, it enables it self only in low light conditions

Thanks... I don't have much experience in using drivers with enhanced night mode function because so far I'm comfortable with 7.7final but I would like to try something new.
One last thing, is there any documentation out there about using this enhanced night mode function other than the first page of this thread? I would like to learn more about it.

It seems like no matter which driver I try, I get blurry pictures.. only macro mode looks good, everything else is not so great.. what do you guys think? I took these with 6.1 in great outside light..
bright light, sunny day with no clouds:
another shot in the same area, note the garages on the right are very blurry and lots of noise despite lots of light:
Windows tells me both of these are ISO-80 with exposure times of 1/5000 sec, if that helps? I'm just getting frustrated after stock drivers, 7.7, zuza, 9.0, and now 6.1 all giving me similar results like these.. thanks

Yes, it is possible:
http://www.rogepost.com/n/2061636286 The 5.3 and 4.5 are almost identical drivers

so it wasnt hard to base v6.0 on v5.3
