I guess, this is what I experienced.

Mode: Twilight Landscape
My case is, if the scene is dark enough, like inside the car, when I take outside pic, the pic will be taken, followed by a Flash...
The same scenery, when I go out of the car (environment slightly well lit), I take the picture, then no Flash will be fired.

I think this is camdriver issue, if I'm right then most probably quite easy to fix

Never startup camera with twilight landscape mode. It was a bug. This bug also work at unflash scene e.g. beach & snow, landscape and sport mode. Dont sure where it came from, but it was occured from R1EA033 as well.

this bug is there in my C902 too (Latest F/w R3EG004)

its a good bug!
we have no manual SS with flash but changing scenes and tricking phone to flash is all we can do.
if you dont want bug just switch to auto mode then back simplz
