@dr_thug: It's just after 4am on our side...I don't know what Gibbs could possibly have told KK Paul but it's certainly not "big" news over here..it's been reported that he met with the police but the chances that they'll actually arrest and prosecute him is remote.

BTW, congrats on the new toy....was thinking of getting an M600i but recent reviews have been quite scathing.

What's up, doc?

Congrats on your new P990i! I'm such a big fan of UIQ3, and I look forward to upgrading to a P990i as well, hopefully within the next few months, so that my P900 can finally be put to rest.

The email was forwarded to me by one of my sisters-in-law.

I see Mohammad Azharuddin and Jagmohan Dalmiya are also attending the glitzy cricketing ceremony, honouring the past captains etc.

Surely those two detectives had no right to dispose of the poor kids' liquor? I mean how else do you get the booze from the bottle store back home? That's R800 poured down a drain, whatever happened to following procedure? Backseat passengers may drink.

@psycho: Is that on the PS2? Right now I'm really enjoyed Black after almost giving on shoot-em ups following my frustration with Metal Gear Solid 3.

Right now we're babysitting our friend's 2 years old twins and 5 year old daughter, and I'm knackered already. I had rice crispies ralphed on my legs as well. Methinks I abandon any ideas of a future Amawanqa Aftercare. This is gonna be a long morning...

Yes it's a PS2 game; sort of a Tekken and San Andreas cross. Only read excellent reviews...

Right, my duties as bestman are nearly over, waiting for the reception to begin now. Took some photos of classic Bentley open tourers at the beach when we went there for some pix.

@Psycho, usually i'd agree with you in that legally the detective should not have confiscated their liquor, but given the fact that they were giving lip after having driven in such a fashion begs the question whether he wasn't morally correct in his actions? Liquor + irate youngsters = potential disaster. In fact, i would probably have done the same, even gone to the extent of giving them an official warning for reckless driving, or hauled them off to the station for a breathalyser test.
