I worked on it as hard as I could. But then tech support came and killed our system..... been down for 3 hours..... now it's back up and can you guess what they did???

I am incrdibly impressed!
These guys were called in to assist our IT guy. They now say that they in turn need HIS assistance. He's gone for a week, so some time next week these same ppl will be back, to put us out of business for another 3+ hours... to do what they were supposed to do today!!!!
