@francoislr: How about telling them to f**** off because they're wasting my precious time, that could've been spent doing something meaningful instead being asked retarded questions.

Everyday I'm reminded that we live in a matrix...they've got my ID number, they know where I live, they know where I do my shopping and they know my spending habits...with all that information at their disposal they come up with a group strategy to target me. What is scary is that the people who possess this information is not our beloved government but private companies who could ostensibly use the information to pimp me out to the highest bidder...in this case FlexiCell.

Yeah, I've been wondering about hitting the 8k target by our 2nd birthday for some time; I know we hit the 4k mark before the first birthday, so it would be great to see that this is what we've at least averaged out at again.
There was a time earlier this year and late last year, when there was a definite lull and it was pretty much 'The 3 Amigos' trying to keep this forum turning over...and thanks to a few other regulars and a certain W900i owner ( ) , who has contributed greatly in this period of the forum's history, that we're enjoying a great purple patch again, and may indeed hit the 8k mark around Guy Fawkes.

And the first person to post the 3999th reply was not even a South African. What ever happened to BlueQuill...loved having him around.

@da wanqsta: I remember that lull, it felt like I was this thread was slowly dying. I suppose it happens when the conversation gets a bit stale.

@ da brixsta,
Almost inevitable if/ when there's less than a handful of people posting and representing this thread over a period, out of 30+ million cellphone users in SA. We've seen quite a few people come and go on this thread, and I know some people have valid reasons for not being able to contribute regularly, but it would truly be great to see less fly-by-nighters and forum one-night standers. People who share the same passion for what we have here.

This goes without saying really, but I know I (emphatically) do my bit, and more, to represent and assist not only this knowledgeable SA forum, but also my country, that I both miss and love.

Guys, the quickest way to get rid of anyone selling unwanted goods is to tell them u died! I've used it effectively before... Just play the part of grieving brother / sister.
@kryptik: glad u enjoyed the cheese and that u found the marriage certificate!
