@jplacson, it used to be that only Smartnet services the R190 unless it has changed already. It's quite interesting that you brought that question out considering that their keys have almost the same function. But comparing their specs on paper, it seems that the R190 is 1mm wider than the GH688.

I know the R190 seems wider, but I think that's from the magnesium frame, not the front plate...anyway...
If I have a T68mc, and I have it flashed with the regular SW... does that convert it to a regular T68m/i? Are there any hardware differences...other than the keys?

@jplacson, i hope you don't have a t68mc. sakit lang ng ulo yan. you can only have it upgraded to mms in singapore for some 100 sing dollars. ask mfb, he had that nightmare. if you have it upgraded here, it will still remain non-mms.

i would like to call the attention of the manager of semicon sm manila. sir/madam you should call the attention of your customer service officers especially those officers that \"entertained\" me yesterday. those people have a thing or two to learn about someone should tell there guys that in the field of customer service rudeness and lack of courtesy is a big no no. im not complaining of the bad treatment i got. my point here is that semicon sm manila should start cleaning up their act. :-)

If there's a Semicon branch which should be emulated I would vote for the Powerplant, Rockwell branch... I have witnessed how they are trying their best to accomodate us in their own little way and their zeal to improve the image of Semicon is without a doubt an area they are working on.

as much as i want to avoid comparing semicon with smartnet, i simply cant. napakalayo kasi ng quality of service ng SN from SC. SC peeps learn from SN. but i have to give a two thumbs up sa SC-ROCKWELL, superb customer service! galing! nothing personal just my two cents. :-)
