you can also get that info from xda-developers. There should be a dedicated section which will give you all the info you need about unlocking the cid, unlocking the phone and flashing to the latest firmware.

Last december when I 1st got my xda mini I was complaining about my videos not beabling to play my videos properly and that the videos stuters and it loses sound. But anyways I recently orderd the flext 35 + web n walk on t-mobile with a k-jam pocket pc thinking that I will use only internet on it only. then I though i'll try the videos that I tried before on the xda mini and to my surprise it works perfectly with know lost of sound, now that I ask my self why didn't the xda mini play any videos? the only think that I can think of is that the xda mini was heavily branded by 02 which may have made the unit run very slow.

so anyone who is thinking of getting the k-jam on 02 think again.

well I wouldnt go as far as saying think again. Because you could always just debrand it.

yes you can set a mp3 as message tone, but I'm not too sure about the wma but then again it is a windows device so you should be able to.

there isn't that much branding with the K-Jam in the first place. No network locks, no design locks, it basically just has a theme and a few strange processor restrictions and lack of updates.

Installing the Qtek rom makes the start up VEEEERY long, but put it this way "me.. the guy who's device used to freeze 3-4 times a day" doesn't restart at all anymore!

I agree.. I have tried iMate, O2 and Qtek ROMs.. so far this is the only ROM that feeps my Kjam from freezing.. since i have installed Qtek rom (for 3 months now) I have only encounter 2 or 3 hangs on my device
