From your screenshot it seems you use a software like stardock's personalization, isnt' it?
If so, you have to disable or uninstall it, for some reason it is incompatible with SEUS.
I had the same problem at the first upgrade of my k750

since that it is mandatory, well.. i would really like to know what's the opinion to those K750i Users that had succesfully Upgraded to R1CA021 F/W... but for me... overall it was ok and scrolling trough menu(Enter and exit folders) are smoother than before.. The big thing that CRASHED everything was.. this..
The actual look of this THING isnt that noisy(a lot white dot on the red part) its made of plastick and surely it shines.. that's just my view on the R1CA021.. really DISSAPOINTED
