It would be interesting to see the contents of the section of Customize.xml for Vodafone phones that have DRM restrictions. I don't suppose anyone reading this thread has such a vodafone phone do they?

...hm, one idea would be changing the CDA settings in customize.xml to vodafone. After that, we can try official SEUS to update to official vodafone branded fw?
I will try this this evening after the worldcup opening

What about flight mode? You can't add such a feature without flashing a W800 firmware surely!?

i guess its a deeper programming isnt it? one more question..
should i always uninstall/reinstall my USB drivers everytime i do the "HOLD THE C BUTTON" thing and then my phone turns on... how do i avoid this once everytime i do try to play (crack/update) with tha fon.
what if i used up all my ports in doin that...

set ring volume as player volume
Copy file farfield_play.apf to any folder of PC, rename it to farfield_ring.apf and copy back. So file farfield_ring.apf in phone is replaced by file with settings of farfield_play.apf. Now we have 2 same files but different names.

OK, I'm intrigued by this. Assuming I am brave enough to do so, can I use this to change the CDA on my UK Voda-customized K750i, then run it through SEUS to remove the customization? This would allow me to get the latest firmware, and to remove the DRM issue, would it not? If so, what CDA should I use?
Interesting...

Just rename it to menu.rar and extract
killing camera sound
go to FS/tpa/preset/system/sound and delete file camerashutter.3gp and for killing autofocus sound delete file camerafocus.3gp.
