The bugger got me too on a K800. I even turned down other offers to get one from other ppl as he was selling his £5 cheaper.
Looked at the +1 feedback and the thread it came from on here and it seemed the person was happy with the transaction.
sent £200 for the k800 on 26th of august, he gave me a tracking number on the monday and it said it was already delivered.
i quired him he sed he will sort it will royal mail and have heard nothing since

I've sent him a PM asking for a tracking no. for my 2100 yesterday, no reply yet though! He's probably reading this thread with interest, quite possibly chuckling away to himself at how clever he is if he is a scammer
Could he be taken to the small claims court, either by individuals here or as a collective? We have his (what are hopfully his genuine) details to get a summons sent to.

@Sexygenius
Good luck with the Paypal, but remember you can't take what he has not got!!! No money in the account NOTHING to come out!
@Sammy
YES small claims is the best way, but NOT worth it for a fiver!!
Anyway he could be having a holiday hence the delays!!!!!
Now where have I heard that before????

Lamont - good idea. Has someone the time to do this for me please? I have my PM thread I'm going to print off later and highlight the scams but that will take long enough.
That will help me tomorrow when I go to the police. Please others go as well.
Doug
Gazza - hope you don't lose £200, try laughing then. Not appreciated. You're not hang_man in disguise are you?

i know i've not been had..
he was trying a little too hard to get phones off me....
we as a collective have more power than as individuals in a court....
i'm quite happy to say now that he is a scammer... and needs to pay....

Before you all rush of to the Police I think they can only act after 14 days have passed.
I'm sure that's what I had to do, but give them a call before you go to make sure.
Good luck.
